Store Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 2-3 working days.
Generally, orders received before 10 a.m. are dispatched the same day, while orders received after 10 a.m. are typically shipped the next day, except on Sunday.
There may be some delays from time to time owing to high demand, courier partner issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Order cancellation can be requested before the order is shipped. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled, however return for the order can be requested as per our return policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are now giving free delivery on purchases over Rs 499.
We are charging a flat fee of Rs 50 for orders below Rs 499
For orders less than ₹499, we charge a fixed fee of ₹50.
International Shipping
We are not currently sending orders outside of India; any order with a shipping address outside of India will be cancelled.
Checking the status of your order
You can track the status of your order from you “My Orders” section under your profile. My Account > My Orders > Order No.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be updated in the orders section under ‘Order Updates’ which can be used to track the delivery of the order.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@coiniacs.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
